Default oil in coolant on 97 5.9 cummins

hey yall,
im a backyard shade tree mechanic with a 97 dodge with 220,ooo miles on a 5.9 cummins. the old goat has been good but she has a LOT of oil in the coolant. I pulled the oil cooler and tested in and found no leaks. The truck has never run hot and is all stock. I bought and replaced the cooler with a new one "before testing it" an d still got oil in the coolant. now im 5oo in the hold with still the same problem. any suggestions where to go next?

I was afraid of that. Is the oil under pressure in the head? I had always thought it was pumped up to it and then it drain back down to the pan? Is ther anyway to check it"the head" before removal?
Thanks

Yes, the oil is under pressure. That is how the oil gets to the top of the head to drain down...
