got the jump on a 96 4x4 ext cab 5 speed truck for 3500 just started puking some oil out the breather is this a simple fix or is it bad still runs good with good power. I need to know pretty quick so I can pick this up or not thanks everybody.

Need more info man! Oil is leaking and comming out of the breather? My guess is, you got a blown turbo seal.

Since you have 365,000 on the truck and you have injectors and an ottomind, it could be a broken piston ring or rings. Usually it'll blow it out of the breather, the dipstick tube, or both. We had a Cat 627B that the front engine was blowing oil out the dipstick and breather because of a broken piston ring. It still felt like it had plenty of power but once we rebuilt it, it was a world of difference. But then we had an NT855 cummins that destroyed ALL of the piston rings but it didn't blow oil out the breather, just had more blow by than normal
