yes i flush it out twice and plus its still got alot of blow by and looks like water coming out the blow by tube i ant sure what i need to do i need my truck back goin

is your truck a 53 block? could be cracked.

were can i find the casting number is there some diffrent casted blocks or just some better than others the motor does have 280,000 miles on it also

steaming out of the blow by tube and oil in the water...You might want to pull your oil cooler and check it along with look at the cylinders for cracks...My 4b did the same thing even after i did the head gasket and it was a crack in my #1 cylinder wall

i look win i had the head off all the cylinders look good if the oil cooler was busted i wouldnt think it would have blow buy would you

my crack wasn't noticeable from the inside...Are you getting any water in the oil?

does the blow by start as soon as the truck fires up or takes a few minutes?

it has to warm up for a few min befor it starts

I hate to say it (your block could be cracked)
what you are descibing is a tell tell sighn for the block, I hope that I'm wrong in your case.
