96 dodge 2500 abs braking problems

the rear brakes lock up when the brake pedal is pushed at 20mph and under. the abs light is on too and i cant figure that out either. thanks to anyone that can help me.

break booster gone out maybe i'd get that checked my buddies 98 dully did this i wish i could remember what caused it

I believe there's a sensor in the rearend housing

the sensor's are $43 at Autozone. I just replaced mine.
