Rear Disc on a 95 Cummins
Hey I decided to put rear disc on my Dana 70 2500 4X4 SRW truck and Boy was it fun.....LOL
I used my new brackets I had from a Dana 60 Disc swap that was never completed with 78 chevy 4X4 Truck calipers/Hoses and 78 2500 chevy rotors. Here is a note when you get to put your studs in and find them 2 short to grab the knurl here is the part number
I used.641-2794 Bal kamp from Napa...Advance has the same stud 1.00 each cheaper. Oh yeah don't ask them to cross reference it ...They cant.... And before you and your buddy press the studs into your good rotors take and drill the rotor stud holes out to 11/16..... Also when you plan on putting your wheels back on make sure you grind out about 1/8 around your hub of your wheel..They wont fit over the hub were the drum come off of....Lugs are the same thread. I didn't feel like taking my hubs to a machine shop but the next time I have it apart I am going to....I could have made the brackets bolt on but I am lazy so I welded them... I still have a long travel pedal but it stops unreal. Im going to take the master cylinder off and put a Disc/Disc on it when I get time and tune also.... I keep you updated.....

In 2003 DC switched to the AAM differentials - which also have rear discs.
