balance each plunger and barrel for the same amount of flow and the pump shop can also trun the barrels allowing more fuel to be flowed. The shop will be able to tell you what your pump can flow in the form of cc, can also mark on the housing where you need to put your plate to make said cc numbers. for example my pump was benched at 550cc with no plate 500cc with the plate FF.

depends on how much fuel you can burn ... by that I mean your gonna need some air
