how do i get injectors out of 98 12 valve

 

easiest way there is take off one of your lug nuts and cut a piece of pipe that just slides over the injector so about three threads are showing tighten the tapered lug nut onto those threads and wala pulls the injector right out. did all mine in about five min

 

You can also get a lug nut and a pry bar and do it that way too!

 

Injector Puller for 12V engines

 

i just took an old injector line cap and welded a nut to it and made a hillbilly slidehammer. just need a short one for the last injector as it is covered by the firewall partly.

 

don't take the nut off and crank the motor. Thats how I did mine. It almost resulted in a trip to the hospital for my helper.

 

i took a lug nut off my wheel and screwed down on the injectors after i cleaned it then took a wrench that went under the nut and pried it hitting it with a hammer
