changed fluid on my nv4500 the other night and have seen that most people overfill them.
I filled the trans through the top hole in the PTO cover looked like it took around 1 1/2 to 2 quarts more fluid that way, should this be OK or do you think that is too much fluid?

 

I've heard overfill them 1 quart, you don't want to push fluid past the seals when it gets hot. Did you use the correct fluid ?

i fill mine up threw the chifter hole
