Default Afc mods

When you increase the rack travel by grinding .125 of the barrel isn't that the same thing as sliding the plate forward or is the plate all the way forward and then you grind the .125 off the barrel?

There not the same thing.

Think of the plate as a fuel stop, after the gov arm clears the afc foot it will contact the plate. Grinding the AFC will allow the gov arm to travel to max rack if your plate allows it.
