tighten that trac bar and wiggle the steering wheel to c if u have play.. if u dont have play and it still has a wobble then u dont have ur angles correct. put up a pic of ur steering

well guys i tightened up the trac bar and boom it disappeared. got it up to 80mph on a long bumpy country road and it drove like a dream. 100 times better than the leaf spring setup.i think the 5 degrees of caster may be a little much i might be jumping down to +2 or 3 to tighten it up a bit.

its got full highsteer on it with hydraulic assist. great combo!

thanks everyone for the help!

How do you go about tightening up the Trac Bar? I've recently experienced some Death Wobble if I hit a bump not always but a few times over the last couple weeks. I'd like to start there, I believe that might be my problem, or the steering gear could be an issue.

WOW. First off very nice build. Second I see you already fixed it from tightening the trac bar, almost every death wobble I have had has been from a trac bar problem. Is yours lifted enough to where you need a relocation bracket? Because I always had problems with mine, until i just spent the $200 dollars and got the adjustable.

For what ever its worth negative caster is a no no !! if you had a huge truck that never went over 30 mph neg is ok but create,s easy steering but no high speed control , pos has hard steering but great control ask any mercedes mechanic they have up to 10 degrees positive designed to hold the autobahn at 140 mph and higher
