Default newcomer help

i recently slid the afc on my pump forward and it helped alot. i can now roll on the throttle in third and hold the brake and it will burn the tires. i was wondering what else i could do to my truck that would help it power and reliability wise while keeping it relatively stock. i have a 97 2500 12v 5 speed 4x4 the plate is out and i disconnected the wastegate and plumbed a boost gauge to it. im not sure how much boost it pushes, it will peg a 30 gauge before 2000 rpms in fourth gear wot. any help would be appreciated.

You should put in an egt guage since you turned up the fueling.

egt and probably a bigger boost gauge seems how you can peg that one easily

i was looking at clutches and i was thinking about a 550hp single disk from southbend, but im not sure if it would b a good fit because i drive it daily, my plans are to increase the timing, add either 100 or 140 horse injectors and get a larger turbo, not sure what turbo yet. i connected the wastegate and at full throttle you can feel the clutch wanting to slip in 5th but it doesnt yet. any input would be appreciated. thanks for the help.
