Default low fuel pressure (pulling my hair out)

Im getting ready to leave for a trip and i have been battling a low fuel pressure issue. I have so far changed my overflow valve and fuel filter and cleaned the strainer. I also installed a new lift pump and im still running around 13psi-15psi and idle and when around 2500rpms it jumps to 20-21rpms and falls. I did the pinch test and pressure jumps right up to 30psi. I need to check fuel shutoff adjustment still. The truck also has a rough idle/miss around idle and up till 1500rpms (possible sucking air)? Im leaving wed morning so im trying to get this figured out or i might have to cancel my trip. Thanks for any help!!!

ok i just checked the fuel shut off adjustment and if i pull it up it is exactly 2 5/8 but if i start the truck and measure it it is only 2 1/2. Should i adjust it or leave it alone because from the directions i got on here it says turn key on and pull lever up and it should measure 2 5/8 and it does.

Ok now im going to get a different gauge tomorrow and check it again. Seems to me with everything new is should have great fuel pressure. Let me know if ya have any ideas.

What kind of pressure are you aiming for. Seems like what you have is sufficient. The stock GSK springs will defuel @ or near 2200 rpms.

I was going to change those real quick at see what i get. I would only have to change the suction hose to get any results right? Im also going to start inspection all the lines on the frame. God i hope i dont have to drop the tank. I dont have time for it

Ok i just got new guage from my shop and made a hose so i could read it as i drove. Right now at idle it is 16.5-17 and at 2500 rpms it is 21-23psi. Now when im driving it will drop to about 15psi when i mash it but then jump back to around 22 and stay there. Is this still sounding really bad?

just changed the rubber fuel lines and there is no change!
