check your oil and see if it is full of fuel just a idea to see if it is filling the crankcase with fuel then we can go from there

couldnt get a good reading on the oil through the dipstick.. what would diesel in oil look like ? think i am going to pull the plug an see what comes out cause im due for an oil change anyway.

how exactly would fuel get in the crankcase anyway.. and how terrible would it be

i have been using a lot of fuel lately but i also have been driving to the university of utah hospital everyday to see my sister and it is at the top of a big hill on the side of the mountian.

your oil is probably so thin, that might be why you can not get a good reading. dumping too much fuel in the cylinder it just washes past the piston and ends up in the crank case. this is what happened to my friends truck. new injectors corrected this problem

I see .. but i really dont have THAT much fuel just a 100 plate is that enough to cause the problem ? also how much blow by is normal in a 12 valve with 172k

could sliding my plate to a more stock location help. i just dont have the funds for injectors right now and i dont wanna buy stocks just to buy aftermarket in a few months

what did your rpms do when you let off the trottel? Could be a sticking rack... but it would affect how soon your rpms drop.
