Default Bolt Torque Specs?

Hey everyone,
I'm new to trucks in general and had bought a 96 12v Cummins not to long ago. I have been racing and working on manual cars for a couple years now so I'm familiar around working on vehicles and parts. My flex plate on my 12v however has a few teeth chewed up from the starter, so I will be having to drop the tranny and everything to replace that flex plate. I wanna do a professional job and I've looked all over the internet to find Torque specs to torque the bolts at for everything I'll be having to remove but had no luck finding anything.
Can anyone help me out into where or what torque specs I will have to torque the bolts at?

Thanks so much,
Aaron

ATS posts this for their bolts:

TQ Converter bolts = 35ft lbs

Flex plate bolts = 55ft lbs

ATS or DTT, or BD Diesel flex plates come fairly highly recommended by those who have used them.

Here's one (cheaper than the dealership):

BD Diesel Performance US - Automatic Transmissions & Converters, Dodge Flex Plate
