Default Smoke ?

I'm more familiar with Duramax, and there i threw in a switch to make smoke

What can i do for my Cummins 12valve to make some thick black smoke ? i feel the air is a bit too clean around it

Bomb for power, not smoke. All your doing is giving us a bad name by just wanting smoke. Smoke will come with the power but theirs no point to just want smoke... It gets old really quick. It's your truck, but come on, your just going to help bring even more strict emissions on the diesel community.

---AutoMerged DoublePost---

But if your really dying for smoke, yank the fuel plate, and don't tune the AFC. That should get you what you want

most of us at one point of our lives had the urge to blow smoke. on the other hand some idiot blowin smoke downtown is what makes the rest of us diesel guys look like aZZholes. if you ask a question about smoke then be ready to get some not very nice responses.

you guys must have some bad cops, here in mesa and phoenix i have left huge clouds for cops to drive thru (more than one time) probally a few times a year for 4 yrs now and have NEVER been pulled over for it, just like jrad said most of us had the urge for smoke but alot gets old really fast, i hate leaving a huge cloud and not really going anywhere fast unless its cause someone pissed me off

i'm over in iceland, there are no emission laws for diesels... only petrol powered trucks/cars

I can drive around straight piped and blow smoke till my rings fry....

i'm not asking for some crazy smoke all the time, i'm asking how i would make some smoke with full throttle that will clear up on boost...

im not gonna spend my time arguin about it. go to the performance section and click the sticky right at the very top that clearly states "turning up a 12 valve". we all know that makes power... and smoke.
