Cheap cummins engine or not
Now that sounds like a plan
x2
I wonder if they're charging more for manual trucks because they are actually using factory manual pumps tuned for more power.

from what i know, the manual pumps are higher HP.... and i picked up a 94 truck for 2k a couple of weeks ago, and the truck has had a lot of mods all ready done to it, took everything out of it i wanted and sold the rest of the truck for $500, so i would have to say get a truck for parts
yup i just picked up a 94 off a back lot at a dealer today with the 5 speed tranny out of it for 400 bucks!!! yup i stole it, the cummins engine fired up and ran, and had no blow by,,, and no visible oil leaks, gonna put it in my truck while i build my engine,,,,,so keep an eye on the back lots for clunkers and the bank lots for tow in's thar have something wrong with em, you can get a good deal if your in the rite place at the rite time
I didn't read every post, but the 5 speed trucks have a P-pump tuned to put out 215 h.p. and the injectors are also slightly different, that would be the reason behind the price difference in Auto VS. Manual.
