what years will convert to p pump conversion

mad what years will convert to p pump conversion

ok here it is, got my truck back from the shop yesterday and engine overheated and seized, got it home finally and got it to roll over and start but damage is done ,need to know up to what years can i put a p pump on a 24 valve that wont involve a lot of headach ,gonna build up the 12 valve but need to get it back on road asap, thanks for the help ahead of time, oh yeah and the dude that owned the shop that did the work has washed his hands of it and is sporting a brand new broken nose,, and if anybody is not too far from Hico Texas and has a good engine for reasonable give me a hollar, thanks Don, 940-366-0639

I feel your pain, my 12v finally let go in the form of a rod bearing letting go. I'm pretty pissed about it but I'm gonna get somethign bigger and badder

Few days ago. I bought my new hummer and am on the lookout for a 6spd 4x4 common rail hehe

94-98 is the p pump years. it will definitely cost you a little bit of cash and headache going from all computer controlled to not

any 24v can be converted, you should have almost all you need in the locked up 12v. You will need to buy a new set of injector lines and tappet cover tho.

ok thanks, yeah got it to free up and roll over ,it actually started and ran but you can tell its not gonna make it, gonna call a friend of mine who builds these, i would do it but with work i dont have the time, and after moving i dont have a shop up yet, well guess its time to bbuild it rite,, but did find a 05 dually 4 door 6 speed with a 181,000miles, loaded all leather, ect for 15,500. mite be able to work with him on a all cash sale, gonna go try first ting in the morning,

oops gotta go take the ex wifes truck off my sig now,

why would u have to swap tappet covers?
