Default Fuel Problem

my father inlaw has a 95 extedned cab auto. it runs fine when its cold. after it warms up it likes to stumble and rev up. it has had all of the filters changed, a new lift pump, and the throttle cable replaced at the dodge dealer in north battleford. The thottle cable still doesnt seem to be working properly, its still loose on the pedal. People are telling him that the main pump isnt working properly. Any ideas ??

Default fuel problem

no the throttle isnt hanging up now. it runs fine then seems to just run out of fuel. Wondering if he has the same problem as i do , being the suction tube in the tank is cracked and wont suck fuel properly..?? The throttle sticks al most wide open at times. not really sure how to tackle this.

when it hits about 2200+ rpm is when this happens?

if so your feeling your stock gov springs defuel.

As for the throttle sticking how many return springs do you have?

if it is doing it at the 2200 rpm mark as stated above and you want more fueling rpms... buy the 3gsk.. only bout 100 dollars and there are plenty of right ups with pics on how to install them

It sounds like you have a broken or missing throttle spring.
