181's with the 370's and a mildly aggressive plate with that charger should be VERY managable.
i just put a set of 370's in my friends truck (428K miles..... yes, stock tranny that can shake the converter at the slightest bit of throttle movement), 181's 4kGSK 16* timing STOCK HX35 with straight piped stock exhaust and with a stock plate in the slid a bit back from stock it never gets over 1300* EMPTY, unless he is hauling a trailer and it is loaded hard then it'll get on up there... nothing the right foot can't fix, so that being said, a 100 plate slid all the way back, with that charger and 181's should be a good cool combination......
and for the record, rv275's are 24v injectors, if you get a new set sticks get some 5x12's with the correct spray pattern, that is basically the 370, just not as smokey,
or you could always go with 131's and custom 5x16's and a worked pump..... it should fuel enough to make the twins feel at home........
