All the air goes through the defrost! The windshields warm and I'm cold. Can y'all point me in the right direction as to where I can fix the problem? Thanks in advance

 

Your blend door actuator is broke. There is a fix for that on eBay but the dash and heater box has to come out....but first check around and make sure you have vacuum to the actuator before you pull everything apart.

 

Before you go through all that trouble, it's worth taking the time to check your vacuum lines. When you have a broken vacuum line, the blend door "fails" to the defrost position. I've had this happen before and all it took was about 3 inches of vacuum tube.

 

Right on, I had the same problem. There was a vacuum line actually rotted off one of the "T's". I cut the bad section and stuck it back on the Barbed "t". It fixed the problem. Deff. worth looking into. tearing out the heater box and such is a PITA.

I have been having the same problem, just went out and checked on it.
The line running from the drivers side to the pass side had fell out of the loom and dropped onto the turbo.
All fixed.

I had that problem once I thought it was my blower motor but it wasn't. Try pulling your fuse for the blower motor and putting it back in. That solved my truck and I have 98 Dodge

 

i had the same problem it was just the vacumm line fell onto my cylinder head ... just replaced a section and all was good

 

All the vacuum lines looks fine up top, but I got under the truck and there was one just hanging there by my starter. Where does this thing plug into? Thanks in advance!

 

Rubber 90° fitting goes right onto the outlet of the vacuum pump, I usually put a wire tie there to keep it from coming off.
