there is a miss in my engine what could cause it? whats the worse case cost to fix? it is really bad when its cold it is like a really bad sputter and lots of white smoke. when its warm it sounds like a big lope almost any ideas?

 

What's your fuel pressure at? Timing slipped?

Had the same issue with a truck that had Pensacola injectors, I bet they are the culprit.

 

i was going to say bad injector myself on older bigger cummins [truck engines] you could feel the exhaust manifold at each cylinder and if one was colder than any other it was the hole with the bad injector [ thats with a cold start just starting to warm up]

 

I didn't even notice that in his sig........

 

yeah i want to get a set of 215s out of a 97 or one of the trucks that have em. it also chugs like a train bad some times

 

I have a set of 215's I will trade you, redone with 0.005" lift set to 260BAR.
