Default AFC ADJUSTMENT

hey does anyone know about an adjustment on the front of the afc housing? if you lossen up the bolt the shaft can be rotated a little bit. i noticed by rotating it, it slightly turned the afc arm which has a little bit of a beval?

It does nothing as far as I know. The shaft runs though there and that's what the barrel of the AFC foot rides on.

It controls the height of the AFC lever.

So it can move the foot up or down according to the rack adjustment?

i have heard of ppl grinding the angle of the front of the of the foot have any tried that.

According to the gov arm height ... when I went plateless I moved the gov arm up and moved this adjustment so the gov arm rides the afc till full rack

yes I have and I did not like it ( way to smokey) ... your better off grinding the end of the barrel.

modded barrel you want to take about .090 off the end with a grinder ... I got a little grinder happy with this one.

THANKS ALOT MAN. WILL THIS ALLOW THE GOVERNOR ARM TO TRAVEL ANY FURTHER IF IM RUNNING WITH OUT A PLATE?
