I don't see the problem.....you smoked your clutch and it seems the truck is making power. You have an aftermarket turbo that will move more air and some bigger junk injectors....why the fascination with smoke? I guess you like wasting fuel. if the FP is good, the filter is clean, the sediment bolw screen is clean and your timing is right then you have a well tuned truck and should be happy.

Well a set of .024's or .022 would flow more fuel and probably be better with those injectors....but they are just warmed over 370's. He'd be better off spending the cash on a set of SDX 5x14's or 5x12's and upgrading the clutch. Have you done all the AFC tuning like swapping out the washers and set the star wheel for the boost pressure and slid the housing forward? What about the smoke screw on the AFC? I can fog out the city if I set my truck to but i don't cause it's stupid and cost money for wasted fuel that could be spent to make it faster.

Only if your truck can get out of it's own way......sitting there smoking and not really moving makes you like like your rig is a broke down POS....I want my truck to run like a Squid or Octopuss.....the cloud disapates and you are no where to be seen.
