1300 and under when your hammerin' it. 600-700 driving like a human. I've hit 1500+ a plenty of times, but 1500 and 48lbs boost crossed a water and oil jacket, and that is the worst way to blow a gasket, I bought stock in cascade Tonight I bolted on an s300 62mm dropped my egts alot, very manageable, made 40lbs boost pedal to the metal. Not real impressed w/ the turbo, I installed different holders in the pump,to put a little fuel back to it to make up for the bigger turbo, and that sob came to life, and I mean ran! BUT egts are not realistic for street truck, 1500 within 5 seconds of wot, but a blast to drive, and ok running unloaded, little high. I'll change them out before I hook my trailer and go to work.

I still don't fully understand why I can peg my gauge in seconds with stock injectors and a mostly stock pump, it blows my mind.

Whats your timing set at? Are you running stock exhaust manifold? there are flanges inside the tubes of the stock manifold that hold the heat, and restrict flow. You need to move more air.

215 injectors and a tweeked 215 pump is a good amount of fuel

I'll let my 06 hit 1600 when really romping on it but i don't let it stay there for more than a few seconds and running at 75 mph and 1600rpm, 38''s are nice low rpm's the pyro runs anywhere from 600-900, lots of big hills in mt, if i pull the hills at 90 which is about 2000rpm the egt's are at about 900 and hit 1100+ depending on the boost level but i think my tires and stuff make the egt's higher than a normal pickup would be

Timing is set at 19*. I have a PDI exhaust manifold. Over break I am going to try to port the manifold and exhaust housing.

That will help some....remember to keep the part that flow into a little bigger than the part that flows out so you don't create a dam to block flow.
