Hello, OK I need everyone's opinion on a issue I have been having with my 4 wheel drive-when I shift into 4hi it shifts fine into 4 wheel drive but after driving 2-3 miles it shifts out for about 30 seconds and then slams back into 4hi... I have replaced the 4wheel drive actuator and tested the lines for vacuum which I have 28Hg more than enough..I am stumped as to why it would shift in and out of 4 wheel drive any input would be greatly appreciated thanks..

its probably worn and needs replaced

 

Thanks for the feedback I am in the process of tearing out the CAD system and installing the Posi-Lok system well update when finished and had time to try out which should not be long here in MI
