pretty sure you can; you may have to modify your driving habbits a little; but twins to take care of the fuel is one place to start. i'm sure a low to mid 700's DD is MUCH more plausible

pretty sure he;s talking pump wise since he's been messin with the VE. depending on the pump that you have you can get a mack rack plug. this just allows the rack to travel abit further; now if you have the 215hp p pump then you will gain zilch from this; other than that all of the tweaks are done through the AFC and fuel plate. unless you want to upgrade your barrel and plungers (big money and time spent balancing the pump) delivery valves seem to help too. once you get it running slide the fluel plate FF and tune your AFC; see how you like it and then start searching around here for fuel plate profiles and grind your own.

you want max fuel on a non benched pump?

full cut DV's
no plate
mod afc
4k gov springs ... the 5k's can be touchy for a street truck
mack plug
dual feed the ppump
and timing

some will say to turn the barrels but this is a bad idea unless done on a flow bench
