Default fuel heater

im wondering how the fuel heater is wired up. i want to put it on a toggle switch to make it heat up longer durration of time. whould this be a bad idea

Does Dodge put fuel heaters on the Cummins?

fuel heater is a waste of space, the fuel it heats is no where near the injection pump, so when you crank it in the mornings, the fuel in the pump is the temp that it is outside. the heated fuel is a cup or two behind your initial start.
