probably better off with jsut the 3k GSK. i've read that the 4k is abit touchy for street driving. the 3k will keep you in the fuel MUCH longer than stock while maintaining drivability and not over doing it, for street trucks i think a 3k will be just fine as you dont really need to pull until 4k. the trucks were built with a certain power band in mind; with out altering certain components it'd just be a waste.

3K is fine for an auto. The manual guys seem to like the 4K better
As stated, pretty easy to do. I've heard it's even easier if you pull the driver side inner fender and work through the wheel well. Measure the stud stick-out before you remove the stock springs. Put it back in the same amount. Don't do it by counting clicks.
