Default slower after gsk

my truck has the 4k gsk but i didnt feel that it was tight enuff so i took the fuel shutoff and the linkage off and put 1 more click on the gov's now its not getting enuff fuel, it only boosts to 20 where it was at 32 and my egts arent hot at all... any clues to what ive done?
and i looked at the fuel shutoff and its pulling up all the way also :/
