hey guys i got a hx35/40 hybrid with a banks big head acuator.
is there anything i can do to make it scream louder? or performance wise?
like a banks wicked wheel?
im gunna be getting the turbo/manifold ported soon.
im happy with the turbo now as i got the waste gate figured out.

you cant do anymore upgraded to that turbo other than upgrade the exhaust housing. no wicked wheels for these turbos, basically the hybrid is simaler to a power strok anyway since you put a bigger comp wheel on a factory exhaust

Hmmm.....
Trying to figure out what a 6 leaker charge air cooler will do for you......NOTHING!

The cost of making the 6.0 charge air cooler fit would outweigh any benefits you think you would gain.If you do not upgrade to a bar and plate style charge air cooler then you may as well stick with what is already on the truck.Add to that there is no significant HP/Tq gain with a charge air cooler upgrade and its almost a not needed part for the street duty truck. If the cooler is damaged on your truck then that would be a different problem and a upgrade may be needed but powerwise you can get other parts which will give you more bang for your buck.

I changed mine a few years ago to a Dur-A-Lite bar and plate style charger air cooler due to my stocker having spilt.Once it was done and redynoed we found no siginificant HP gains........Andy

idk, ive heard that the 6.0 ic are really good.
they flow alot more air and have alot more surface area to cool the air.
so its the cheapest upgrade. i can get a pretty much brand new one for like 200$
idk then. i think mine may have a little leak
