Default people that have bypassed the fuel heater

for those of u that have bypassed the fuel heater/prefilter, there is a steel line in the top of the heater and a rubber hose out of it... how do u connect the 2 when u bypass the heater?

All you do is hook the fuel line from the tank to the lift pump. Then from the lift pump to the injector pump. I Had to buy a fitting that screwed in the lift pump for the fuel line from the tank. I cant remember what size it is. Just pull the lift pump off, and go to the parts house. You just need something to screw into the lift pump with a male in on it.

I actually can not answer this one as mine was bypassed when I went to the FASS system and I removed it completely.

I do know at one time Vulcan used to make a kit to bypass it as one of my club members used it but without looking there I would not know.

I think it cost me like $4.00 to bypass. How much is the kit. All you have to do is bye one fitting. maybe a hose clamp if you dont have one around.
