Default what are dv's

im still kinda new to the deisel world but been working on cars as long as i can remember. my question is what are 181 dv's and other dv's????? im thirsting for your guy's knowledge.. i have caught the bug!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

hey man dv's are delivery valves and 181s come stock in the 913pump

94-95 had 131s
96-98 had 181s

Its hard to beat a 181 on the street for mpg and smoke control.

i want mine to role smoke when im really getting on it but not when im just cruising. what all do i have to do to run a #0 plate effeciantly?

Clutch and more air. 181s can roll some coal and they are more than enough for stock injectors.

Its one thing to smoke and its another to smoke a little and then take off

my clutch is practically new. i figured it would hold as long as i dont really ream it all the time. can i use the stock turbo or do i need to upgrade??

181s can black out a road with the right AFC setup but Smoke doesnt make power....

Stock clutches are not ment for anything more than stock or maybe 300hp slip it once and its gone. I really like the #11 plate with a stock clutch on a 215 pump. FF or stock position it does well. And you can smoke and the stock turbo will clean up most of it. It will be your best chance at that clutch lasting any amount of time.

Ive heard of people making 600hp with 181s so your good there.

yeah unless you have the air any dv's mods in my mind just make HEAT!!!! and alot of smoke.
