Have a 96 12 valve with 213K miles on with minor up grades (CAI, TB straight exhaust). Runs well with no load, but dosen't pull hills as well towing a trailer. Is it time for rebuild or can I add more upgrades to improve milage and towing and if so what? Thanx for any info.

 

Maybe a little more fuel (injectors) and a little bigger turbo??
