Default what convertor

i know my truck has an aftermarket convertor,the guy i bought it from told me it did,and the way it feels i can tell it is.i was wondering if there's a color that the factory ones are usually.i know suncoast is gray,i'd like to look and see if i can identify it.

depends on if you live in the "snow belt" i do and mines rust red but seriously since dodge didnt bother to undercoat their trucks... they where prob just black.. they prob wouldnt be yellow or something.. hope it helps

the stock replacement is black (from my experience) there's a purple convertor running around... never identified it but it sounded like a NICE convertor when dropped in D, sun coast is gray (as i just learned) and idk who my transmission guy goes thru; but his are blue. they arent bad either... lower stall with a billet mounting ring instead of "ears" for the flex plate to bolt to
