If your return line isn't leaking, and the injection line at the injector isn't leaking, then the nozzle could be leaking where it threads on to the injector body. You might have to remove the injector to see it if the leak continues. And the injector hold down nut can be tightened or removed with a 15/16" deep socket or wrench.

you can but it would be easyer to trill a hole in the other then thread it in instead of having to weld it, those manifolds are cast iron, you have to have a professional welder weld cast because there is alot of pre-and post heating the weld so it dont carck. (and that i know my dad has been a welder for 20 years and a weld inspector for the past 15)
