Is there any difference in the size of the injector lines off of a 180 pump over a 160 pump or should I just get a set of .120s also is there a diff in the injectors I've got a blown 180 horse motor and my buddy wants the injectors he says there bigger I say no who's right

Injectors in a 180hp truck are a tad larger but the injection lines are not.All the factory 12v motors utilize the same size injection lines. There are some other sizes out there available from Cummins from other applications and most performance shops offer .093's and .120's in both steel and stainless steel..093's is as big as I would go for a street driven truck as any larger then you deal with a lope that makes street driving tough.

How much larger are the injectors off a 180 motor. And what's wrong with a good lope
