wat is the diff between the triple disk and single application wise? wat are the power specs?

Not sure what a single can support but a triple can take 1000 - 1200+ for sure.

O OK so i should be good with a good single. if i get like a sun coast valve body and single disk tc could i then add like 100 more hp if the rest of the tranni is stock?
