Default fuel leak

Hello, I hav developed a bad fuel leak at which I am guessing on the return side as the beast is running great just leaking a ton of fuel,, it seems to be coming from the drivers side of engine by the fuel filter..??is there a fuel return line there and has anybody had the same problem?????thanks

is it on the injection pump or behind it? Make sure the return line banjo is tight.

I just did mine. Its likely the return line - the supply is 3/8" and return is 5/16" With a truck thats the age of yours I would suggest replacing all of the fuel lines. 2 at the tank, 2 at the front, plus the short chunk of return line (in red) in the pic below:

At least thats where my fuel leak was.

Yes thanks all, it was the short section of rubber return hose that connects the steel lines kinda of a pain to replace but got her done and back in business... Just so happens that particular section of rubber line was original wow cool..
