I drove from sacramento to omaha nebraska last month and didn't have to fuel up again until I got past laramie wyoming and that was with a 18 foot trailer with a 74 bronco on it that was 155 gallons of fuel so yeah I can go a few miles I know how much fuel my truck burns

But if your really getting that dont chage a thing cause fuel WILL go back up.

I'm still callin bs on this, you must have the only full size truck to get 27 mpg with an auto on just diesel?

I've got a buddy who gets 25 with his common rail in a 1ton

He lives in texas not california and my truck is a non egr truck thank god

i have dynoed my truck, and trust me you'd be surprised if you did... i'd guess that if your tranny would lock up good you could pull around 350hp
