45 psi
your stock rods and pistons should be fine under 45 psi of boost how much power it will hold and last is all about how you take care of it. And how many miles are on it I dont care what anybody says you start rolling around 200,000 and over stuff starts wearing out and becomes more suspect to breaking. I had my 95 in the ball park of 600 hp and 1,000 trq it only lasted a couple months but it had high miles on it and was about to bite the dust anyway. your headstuds and marine gasket should hold 45 psi anything over that though and i would look into getting your head ringed.
hope that helps ya out

thats about the only choice I think ya got once you start bypassing the wastegate to get more boost you will have to increase the drive pressure but I dont know how much that turbo will push before it starts to over boost itself you would have to ask the people who made it.
your stock gasket and bolts are rated at 45psi if you add studs alone you can hold 55psi with oring and studs you can hold well over the 65psi mark. as far as firering, dont do it get the head o-ringed instead. mush cheaper no need for a special gasket. with fireringing i have herd stories of guys leaking antifreeze threw the rings
Just about to bring this up.
