So I gutted my AFC yesterday just for laughs. I figured the benched 180 would smoke a little but I wasnt ready for that much. I locked the TC in OD at about 35 and laid into it. I let off when smoke started coming out of my AC vents....

how many cc's is your pump flowing?

if u would get ur exhaust down pipe fixed, you wouldnt have this problem.

Weston tuned it with full cuts its in the 500cc range. with my 181s maybe mid 400s The pump stand couldnt keep up with the flow so were not 100% sure of the cc's it puts out.

i dont know if i would fix it ed. lets say the old lady is nagging at you, you lay in the throttle and smoke her out...

I ran a 913 and a 887 215 pump before the 180 went back on. The 180 feels a little stronger down low than the 215 and maybe 60% stronger up top.
