blue smoke over 2000 rpm?

alright. and for my 94 i just bought a belt for it cuz the other one was chewed up so i put it on and started it up i see that the a/c pullet it was jumping the track on and ridding the edge. is it possible that i can by a belt to bipass the a/c and buy a new tensioner pulley?
i just bought a 94 cummins wit 82000 miles on it. my question is when idle it runs mint i get on it a little and smokes black but wen i really get on it once it gets past 2000 rpm it pushes blue smoke and sputters? idk what it could be injectors maybe? i don't no much about cummins yet but soon i will.
i put hd valvespings in my truck and it did the exact samething.
the poppin up hight kinda sounds like a 350 chevy 'rackin off'
