Default Differences between 94 and 96?

What are some a of the big differences between a 94 2500 5spd and a 96 2500 5spd?

94 will have a 175hp pump/injectors and most likely a Wh1C turbo.
96 will have a 215hp pump/injectors and a HX35 turbo.

Thats all that changed with the engine? Im guessing I should get a 96 then. is 95 the same as 96? any other things that are alot better on the 96 then the 94?

400 for the 94-95 autos, 420 for the 175hp & 180hp pumps, and 440 for the 215hp pumps.
