overdrive problems??

overdrive problems??

My 1996 Reg Cab will not shift, i put it in drive and its like it is stuck in 2nd or 3rd. I put a new TPS on it and still didnt do anything. Could it be something in the valve body or something electrical?

does it go from first to second or does it just start out in 2nd 3rd
