Default 94 cummins how much horsepower

My buddy has a 94 cummins 12 valve and we were trying to figure out how much horsepower it has. He has 70 to 90 horsepower injectors in it and he has the pump turned up 25%. The turbo on it puts out 45 pounds of boost max. Jus wanting a ball park range. Thanks.

i would say maybe 400-500 but thats just a ballpark, total guess. those injectors are pretty small even for a gen 1. but with you turbo putting out 45 lbs like you say, that will give you a spike in hp. suprised that turbo isnt surgin

300-350

For 1 its the smallest P7100
For 2 its only 160 HP stock
For 3 just because someone says these are 50 HP injectors does not mean your going to gain 50 HP with them
For 4 if he has stock drive train you subtract 30%
For 5 You cant judge HP from Boost Numbers , I can go out side right now and make a few changes and get 60 #'s of boost

# 1 it could be the 175 pump if its a stick
# 2 lots of people are running the little 160 pump and makeing great numbers like brad ponci hes over 700hp with his 160 pump
# 5 I agree

In 1994 There Was a 1 Ton Truck with 240 Horse Power

The Turbo Was WH1E Turbo 19cm Turbine Housing Cummins Part Number 3802204

Im not that smart i have a Holset Mouse pad with all the years of dodge trucks and turbo sizes part numbers and recommeneded upgrades via holset , I can contact them and see if we can get a bunch of them to give away on here , there pretty big like 20" x 20" more like a counter cover thing
