First off what all have you done to your AFC? I also think you have a boost leak. Theres instructions floating around on how to make a a tool to figure oput where it is. You should invest in a rack plug and more timing. I have heard a rack plug will add 30hp.

My truck with the 180 pump 110 injectors trans intake exhaust 17* of timing #100 with AFC mods and a non wastegated stock charger with a slightly larger exhaust housing made 427 on a load dyno and 383 on a no load dyno in OD. Oh and 45psi of boost

the rack plug is the plug on the front of the pump that is right behind the timing cover. It is a rack stop, the moded rack plug will allow for an extra 2mm of rack travel with a moded afc and 0, 100, or no plate.

You have to pull the pump back a little. Its not to hard. When you do it get it re timed to 17*.

To mod the AFC pull it off and take it apart grind a little off the barrel that the foot slides on also flip the washers and throw a stock Spring from you gov in as the spring in your afc spring. I think I know where the writeup is on this. Ill try to find it.

I pulled my pump to do mine but a lot of people grind a little off the timing cover so they don't have to pull the pump. IMO I would be safe and pull the pump

pump pulling is not real bad ... the main thing you have to watch for is the nut and washer on the end of the pump gear I can not stress this enough DO NOT DROP THAT NUT OR WASHER or you will be pulling your timing cover
