Default Rpms?

what is the rpm a truck will turn stock. just reving it up. i was told they will pull to about 2300rpm stock then start lossing some power.
i am think has washers in the gsk but not sure. if it does i am going to put the 3 or 4 k kit in it.
i am just trying 5to figure out if it has been done already

you wont be able to tell just by reving it. if you floor it under load and it falls on its face after around 2300 to 2500 then youll know

mine stock would rev to 3k in neutral or park with my foot to the floor. if you have an EGT gauge flat foot it in drive from about 14-1500 rmp and watch the temp. it will start falling off in temp when the truck starts de-fueling.shoule be between 21-2300 rpm or so

be careful going above 3100 rpms, could possibly float the valves!
