Plz somebody tell me how to get my injectors out. Ive done everything I can think of.They're wedged in there. Is there some special way of breaking them loose?

ya you cant pull them out by hand anyway. get a 1/2" close nipple available at any hardware store then get a lugnut that will thread on the injector. slide the niple over the injector then thread the nut on. tighten the nut till the injector comes out

I use 1/2" pvc but it can smash the pvc. Like said above you can use a lugnut to pop them out. The correct size for a nut would be M14 x 1.5 pitch!

I've never done this, but someone in here said that you could put a towel over them and turn the motor over it. Idon't know how it works but that was a sugestion...

The way I do them. I made a slide hammer. I got a nut that would fit the injector welded it to a pieace of metal. and put a pieace of metal that would slide on it. weld the top so it would hit when it went up. works good too. make sure you clean the carbon built up in there to, before you put the new injectors back in. I ran into a problem I couldnt get the new injectors back in. I tryed and tryed. thay wouldnt go far enough down. come to find out the carbon build up in the cylinders wouldnt let the new injectors go down far enough.

My DDP injectors came with the metric nut to pry on.. I just used a heel bar and pryed them out. After you get the retaining nuts off of the injectors, put some of your favourite penetrating oil in there and let it soak. I had some stuff called NutCracker and it worked well. Then I used small punch and emery cloth to clean out the bores for the injectors. Sprayed some cleaner in and then hit the starter (after I unplugged the fuel solenoid) to blow out all the debris/fluid. Make sure all the washers came out with the old injectors!! A very light coat of Nickel Anti Seizure on the nut threads and ball socket on the new injectors and put them in.

Hope that helps.
