I have searched and I can't find a paint code for it, but I can tell you that it was the same from 94-01. A dealership can probably help you out with just a phone call.
If you want to go with a chrome one I found this.

1998 Dodge Ram 2500 Pickup Truck Standard Chrome Replacement Front Bumpers > LMC Truck > Standard Chrome Replacement Front Bumpers For 1998 Dodge Ram 2500 Pickup Truck

By the time you get done painting, the cost maybe the same or less.

Oh and welcome to DB.

Are you talking about a sport grill and bumper...probably have to go to a dealer for that one or just score the plastic or chrome with a good course pad and try to paint it and see if it will hold onto the plastic

WELCOME TO DIESEL BOMBERS, I wanted to paint my black grill to white like my truck, and the FORD dealer told me that the paint won't stick, and it would come of in a couple of months.
