i have a #0 plate on my 95 dodge. i tried backing the lower screw out to raise the gov arm but it wont come up far enough the screw just backs right out!! i do have the solenoid up as weel with the key on. the arm still just dives under the plate i need help please

its a 95 dodge afe intake 4' exhaust #0 fuel plate automatic trans. guages. everything stock pretty well

 

yes you have to hold the solenoid up

 

Did you or someone else make the plate yourself? If so you may have cut it to much, ive seen this done.
